Leesburg

Leesburg is a small community located in the heart of some of the best farmland Highland County has to offer.  Boasting a rural small town atmosphere, over 1,200 citizens call Leesburg home.  Three state highways, Route 28, Route 771, and U.S. Route 62 all meet in Leesburg.  State Route 28 offers excellent access back to Cincinnati for those who enjoy larger city amenities.  Approximately 20% of the Leesburg population is over the age of 62.  Proudly known for being the home of the Candle-Lite Corporation, Leesburg is achieving economic prosperity.  Candle-Lite provides employment for over 700 area residents and makes multiplied thousands of candles a year.
